The staff was really friendly and helpful, especially Marco and Vicky, who provided me with great information and recommendations. the maid staff was also attentive and did a great job keeping the room clean and stocked with bathroom items. Another advantage was the excellent Machu Picchu tour that Marco organized for me, which was really enjoyable.
The lack of lamps in the rooms was a minor inconvenience, as it made it difficult to read or work in the evenings. there were no places to hang towels or clothes in the bathroom, which was a bit frustrating.

The facilities at this hostel were fantastic, with a range of recreational activities available such as table tennis and foosball. It was great to have these options for entertainment during my stay. . the beds were incredibly comfortable and clean, and the room was well-maintained with daily cleaning and bed-making. This ensured a relaxing and enjoyable stay. the location of the hostel was perfect, offering stunning views of the city. It was also very convenient to have the city center just a short walk away.
The shower water pressure was quite low, making it difficult to have a satisfying hot shower. Cold showers were easier, but this was still disappointing.

The staff was really helpful and friendly. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the city center. Plus, the rooftop terrace offered a stunning view of the surrounding area.
The beds were quite uncomfortable, too soft for a good night's sleep. the breakfast provided was very basic and could have been better.

We had an incredible time at a hostel in Cusco. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with a detailed map of the city and great recommendations. Breakfast was delicious and the view overlooking the city was breathtaking. The only downside was some noise at night, but overall I highly recommend this hostel.
